Man In Black - Regina & Cash

Charlie had arrived with his sire, Mary Jane a bit late. It was 11 minutes and 33 seconds. It was just the sort of lateness without warning that would have pissed off Tyler. The place was almost empty during the weekday, so when Charlie's big truck came rolling up all noise and AC DC, it was pretty obvious. The truck was a primer gray color with a rust red left front quarter, and the grill was missing. The front bumper looked welded into place. The tailgate was missing along with one of the tail light covers. There were dents and dings in the passenger door. In spite of the cosmetics, the busted up Ford growled like a lion on the prowl, blasting smoke out of the dual exhaust. The force was enough to make the truck rock to the right. The engine died with a final *thunk-thunk-thunk* in protest as both of the doors opened up.

Charlie entered the bar with Mary Jane. He'd opted to wear a rebel flag bandanna, baggy black jeans, workman boots and a large AC DC "Back in Black" T-shirt. It was covered with an open denim vest. The name tag was stitched into the vest and read the name "Cash". Charlie's hands were nicked and scarred. He had a scar on his left arm that looked like it was a pretty bad burn once. His right arm was all tattooed up.

Mary Jane was dressed up all California-Cowgirl. That meant she was wearing cutoff shorts and clunky cowboy boots. She was wearing a baby tee that didn't help her look any older. She too wore a vest, but covered up her neon red hair somewhat by wearing a black cowboy hat. She took it off before sitting down.

Charlie followed his sire to the seat. He paused long enough to look at Regina. "Hiyya. I'm Charlie."

Between your respective sires you had managed to meet up at a bar called Cadence's. It was a hole in the wall. Nothing exciting with small crowds and a jukebox for music. There were four pool tables, three dart boards, and two pinball machines. Most of the games were unused. The darts had been brutalized with their flights mangled beyond any hope of accuracy, the cues were warped into oblivion, and one of the pinball tables flashed "TILT" and had an out of order sign posted on it. Right now, Johnny Cash's "Man In Black" was playing.

Mary Jane sat down at a small table and invited you both to do the same. She looked at Cash and then back at Regina. "So, you're Tyler's kid huh?" Her voice was low so as not to be over heard. She smiled and looked around. "Sorry about the environment, but I figured it would work so you two could get to know each other and I could go over a few things before we took off." She looked at both of you again, almost like she was expecting something...
