A dopehead in partial command of a legion of dopeheads. This one is better than the others. I find it intruiging that he chooses to be a part of TeamNOS rather than lead his own band. This one uses violence for effective means and not just randomly. TeamNOS draws too much attention to itself. The correct way to run these things is to be silent, for no-one to realise you are there. I think given time if Ken changed his lifestyle....he'd be far more powerful than most in the city. At the moment....he's just another dopehead. A powerful one, granted, but with little interest in power itself.
