I don't see a problem with that. We can just take a horse or other ridable animal for the stats and just say it's a spider.

Penny, I have a question for you when you logon too. If I play a Ranger, can I make my Animal Companion be a big spider? I was thinking it would be a large or medium spider. I want to ride it like a horse if it's big enough and stuff. I know it's not one of the ones listed in the book, but, considering some of the choices, like a crocodile, or heavy warhorse, a spider shouldn't be that bad.

The subject of a Ravenloft game came up today, and I sort of agreed to run one if people would be interested in it. Wikipedia gives a decent overview of the setting. Ravenloft if a campaign setting for the D&D system that focuses on the dark romantic and gothic literary traditions. It's published by White Wolf under their Sword & Sorcery imprint and you can certainly detect the White Wolf style in their source material. It's not World of Darkness with d20 rules by any means though, but if you enjoy WoD games, especially the Dark Ages ones, you would probably enjoy Ravenloft as well.

So this is just to feel out if anyone would potentially be interested in playing in a Ravenloft game. I would like to have around 3-4 players to start with, though I'd be willing to start with just 2 if that's what it came down to. If you would be interested, send me a PM or reply here so I can get an idea of how many people would be playing. This is just a headcount at the moment, I don't need concepts or anything yet, though you're certainly welcome to discuss them with me.

Oh, and Marselle, I found my hard copy of Complete Warrior! It was hidden in the most unlikely of places... right in front of me. It was in that bottom drawer / keyboard area of my desk. I swear I looked there like 29 times or so. But there it was. Go figure. I didn't think you had it.

SIDE NOTE: Holy Shit. I am able to fit into an old pair of pants that I quit being able to wear when I hit 265lbs... That means I am down weight, not up weight.

In the next day or two, unless I hear from you, I'll be going game by game, category by category, and moving things to fit that format. To insure everything stays the way you want, you might want to move this stuff yourself. You can do so from your Mod Panel at the bottom right of your screen. If you can't move something let ME know and I'll make it happen.

My immediate actions for the night:

I'll be moving the Newbs Category into the General Chat thread and reorganizing that. Splitting some of those Topics up and moving some into the Informational Category. I'll also start a tentative list of genres for the site and maybe an index of what we got so far. For now, this won't require moving any of the games around, but it will before the sheet and dice roller are made available because that will alter the code for those items.

It most certainly is not the home base of the HAs. It's just where they have a Clubhouse. The HAs have no home base. It's why federal organizations have so much trouble keeping up with them. They have clubhouses in almost every major city. It's a pain in the ass to try and track down a suspected gun smuggler when he travels fast, uses a code name, and never stays in one location for more then a few days.

But anyway. What's up Phunny? How ya been? I know you remember Alyssa.
