There`s a pretty good 3D modelling programs called Google Sketchup you might use for building models of the ship, and any other settings. It`s pretty bare-bones and reasonably intuitive, plus it`s free!

Probably? I'm not good with space ship configurations and the like. If there would be a way to redo this and make it look better, I would be all for it. =)

OK, I'm trying to make sense of how everything is connected to everything else. The hull breach is in one of the cargo bays, correct? And the med clinic is sealed off? Would I be correct in assuming that both cargo bays, the med clinic, the engine room and the armory all link to the rest of the ship via a hatch at the back of the galley area?
