Traits:

Loyal (Minor Complication)- Phineas' family business kept the community of Greenhill in food, fuel, flannel and other necessities for survival. Even though he sold his share in the business, he hasn't shaken his sense of responsibility to the folk of the old homestead.

Math Whiz ( Minor Asset)- Through whatever freak of luck or heredity, Phineas has a mind for numbers, and can juggle disparate equations without even the use of the back of an envelope.

Nature Lover (Minor Asset)- Phineas spent a good portion of his life bounding around the mountains and taigas surrounding Greenhill.

Phobia ( Minor Complication)- Phineas is claustrophobic; if he finds himself in a space much smaller than a train car, he starts to get a bit edgy. He sleeps with his doors open, and has trouble breathing in elevators.

Prejudice ( Minor Complication)- Making a decent living is fine, but too much money can do ugly things to people, and Phineas has taken that to heart. In his estimation, folk of wealth come in two varieties: the ones who earned it but don't deserve it, and the one's who didn't and deserve it even less.

Weapons and Equipment

Rifle- Phineas grew up hunting, and he carries a conventional bolt-action rifle from those days.

Bow- Phineas is also skilled in the use of a compound bow, and usually prefers it over noisier firearms.

Phineas wears green cargo pants, thick shirts, heavy sweaters, a long gray wool coat and a black knit cap, though he strips down to tee-shirts in warmer climates. His belt sports a rather large sheathed utility knife. He hates getting his feet wet, and always wears two pair of thick socks under heavy boots. When on outings in the wilderness, he carries a backpack containing a bedroll, a two-person tent, a hand-axe, 20 meters of rope, a lighter and a compass. Among his personal effects is a digital photo album and three vials of maple syrup from his uncle's own sugarhouse as a reminder of home.
