Tiger is a mystery. He has not revealed much beyond his clan affiliation. Whether it is because he chooses to remain apart from politics or because he just does not seek the limelight is up for debate. I hear his services are costly....perhaps a little too costly for someone who has been beaten by Michelle. I have heard other rumours about him frequenting certain areas of the city I wouldn't have expected him to be present in....but perhaps they are just rumours.....or is it perhaps a secret that might be used to negotiate.
