Hello everyone.

I'm terribly sorry to have been away for such a long time with no word on when I'd be back. I had to prepare for final exams the last half of July and first few days of August, and if any of you has ever been to graduate school you will understand that these are no joke. I've also had a bit of an unexpected situation arise in my life that, unfortunately, took up what spare time I did have the last few weeks.

Exams are over now, so I have a good bit more time to spare than I did, and I will be making some posts tonight so as to not keep anyone waiting any longer. However, I still have certain things going on that will, again as I say, most unfortunately, make me unable to start the Ravenloft game in the near future. I haven't forgotten about it, and fully intend to run it because I had quite a nice first adventure in mind, but it will have to be delayed until at least September, or else move at an extremely slow pace. I will focus my attention on the VtR and VtM games, since two games is about all I can reasonably keep up with at the moment. Star Wars and Ravenloft will, as I said, have to take the back seat for the time being.

If you'll look, you'll see that I want a massive recruiting drive to take place. I am rather unhappy that this site is fizzling when only 2 months ago it was on a massive growing spree. I have really high expectations... but if people lose interest then so do I.

It's not an overstatement to say that Ac1d feels the same way.

I feel for you Jedi, I broke my fifth metacarpal in Feb so I know the difficulties in typing...esp when the would is fresh. And you should totally see someone about it if it's deep...but I'm sure you know that already...LOL

I'm back in some capacity. I sliced the everliving crap out of my hand though... I've got 2 fingers wrapped up and while there are no stitches, it's not because I don't need them but because I'm too stubborn to go see a medic. Razz

Typing is a pain in the ass now... especially because it's my index and middle finger on my right hand. The plus side is that I'm left handed. =)

some people would argue how this works exactly, but in my opinion it's a combination of things. Firstly, your body would remember the pleasures it felt during sex while still human, (think of it as the ultimate mind fuck), and secondly, if a vampire could aid in their own healing by spending blood then it only makes sense that they could do the same thing to animate those nerves that deliver pleasure sensory to the brain. :O)

I figured sex might play into who the Kindred pick for food, but I wasn't sure that such things worked between Kindred since most of the chemical "cues" for sex are missing, since Kindred bodies are dead.

Does that sort of thing actually work on other Kindred in Vampire: The Masquerade? I suppose some of the visual sexual cues might be left over from their human days. However, I thought that they were pretty well dead from the neck down in terms of true sexual instincts since they effectively now have the mother of all oral fixations.

As I said in the poll thread with the photos, I preferred the first one overall. Really, I wish there'd been a shot with most of the pose of the first one used but with the model looking directly into the camera as in the second. My problem with the second and third photos was that they seemed to be all about the breasts. In the second one, it really seems as though the girl is looking into the camera's "eye" while the eye is focused only on the "Bewbs!"

I like them all, but I like the eyes in the second one too. The model actually lives about 15 minutes away from where I do now. I met her through some of my other myspace connections. She's one of the Introvert models. =)
