I don't know much about Wayne. A Brujah. Not only with bad taste in music, but also hair, clothes and just about everything else. He's fairly well connected around the party circuit. Good for drugs and some information now and again. I suspect he lives a very dangerous life. Sadly when dealing in drugs and information, you're bound to upset someone some time. He's done a good job in keeping himself free of that....for the time being at least.
