Rita is good at computers and soliciting information from them. However, Nosferatu are often far more complete in their information gathering. That's not to say Rita doesn't have her uses, just that when the push comes to the shove, I'd rely more on material gathered by the Nosferatu.
If you really want to annoy her say the word "nimda". I heard she forgot to apply the patch to her PCs and her entire network went up in flames after that particular virus was released. Something of a bone of contention. I also hear she can eat.....but more than eat.....digest.
