Pete is one of those guys. You need something weird. He can get it for you. His main sideline is in getting ghouls healed, but he doesn't bat an eye at the stranger requests either. If you can't find what you're looking for Pete can find it for you. At a price. It's hard to get on his good side. He maintains a neutral relationship with most....probably to keep his prices jacked as high as they are.
