Nismo and Rocket both tease this man to frenzy. Nismo can do it just by getting close to him. I wonder if two ever did anything together. At any rate, Ortega is one of those faces that's always around when you don't want him and never there when you do. He gets around a lot in the social scene.
I hear he runs a pretty good jewellery store downtown. I wonder how many jewels get passed through his house for laundering. I suspect it's the only reason he's alive. He's not tremendously rich....so the profits must be going somewhere.
