George is a strange one. He's clearly very capable, yet is somewhat removed from the ebb and flow of the city. He remains aloof and can be very hard to track down. Normally he only makes an appearance when he need something or so I've heard. I hear his haven is in a Blues bar somewhere downtown. Maybe all the music gets to him.
