Dick is effective, cruelly effective. If he'd have made more progress against the cathayans, he might be a shoe in as the next Kingpin. He knows how to surround himself with the right people and has made consistently good choices in his cohort. So far he's said and done nothing to threaten the Kingpin, but it does make me wonder if it is only a matter of time.
I heard a rumour of dubious nature, that he's of Persian ancestry and can only feed from other Persians....he must be starving in LA.
